Problems with 1) linking to Facebook and 2) the "Home"-page

  Hey,

  my problem is the following: Initially I just wanted to post a link to my blog on my Facebook page. It should redirect to the “Home” page of my blog. As it occurs, it redirects to the “About” page and Facebook also shows the “About” as the preview. Facebook Debugger confirmed that redirection to “About” because it is listed as the canonical url.

  Now, I have wondered why that is and have requested help in the German forums but couldn’t solve the problem so far because I’ve just discovered a new one. Apparently, the only page there is, is the “About” page. “Home” does not occur under “All pages” (hope that’s the correct english translation here).

  However, all of my posts are to be seen when you click “Home” on my blog! How is it that I cannot link to them or that Home does not register as a page? Would I have to migrate all my previous posts to a new page to make a linking possible?

  Home on your blog is not a static page. It’s the main blog post page. “About” is your only static page.

  If you want to link to a specific post, click on the title of the post and then grab that URL from the browser bar.
