Problems with account changes

  I want to change my .wordpress.com blog URL address and username. I can’t find a way to do the former and the dashboard for the latter says I don’t have administrator rights to access it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Note that BOTH of these changes are permanent and irreversible. We do not generally recommend them. And you lose ALL your search engine ranking when you change URLs.
