Problems with deleting an account

  I am unable to delete my account, it says “Sorry, there was a problem closing your account. Please contact support”, however, when I do that, I am connected to a useless LLM which can’t do anything but say the same thing over and over again. I would appreciate some help from actual humans in regards to this.

  Hi there, before trying again, check Active Upgrades and cancel anything still active. Closing the account deletes all sites and content you own, so make any backups you need first.

  Thanks for checking. Since there are no active purchases or sites on the account, this doesn’t appear to be the usual requirement blocking closure. I’ve tagged this thread for staff attention so they can review the account-specific error.
