Problems with editing images in Media Library

Hi, I recently upgraded to WordPress 5.8. Now when I upload new images I cannot edit like before. Don’t see the whole block of options that came up when I could click edit image under the photo – earlier it would open the page to scale image, crop, aspect ratio etc etc. I can still see these options for images in my media library that were loaded earlier. My chrome version is Version 92.0.4515.159. I am using a Macbook.
