Problems with guests being asked to log in

    I uploaded information and now when a person clicks, it’s asking for a password

    Hi there,

    Can you tell us more about your issue? What is the info you uploaded and where is it located on your site. We would need to visit directly so we can see what is going on. Can I see this on your homepage?  Or is it a specific place I need to look at?  

    When we get there, what steps to we need to take (or what do we need to click on) to see the issue you are referring to?

    Also I noticed that the Business Plan on insidecolorme.com has expired recently. Because of this, the site would offer limited functionality as any plugins that were added to the site (which require the Business Plan to function) have been removed when the plan expired.

    Your issue may be related to this recent expiration, so with this in mind I would recommend as a first step that you as the site owner (@lucindallaw) to renew their Business Plan subscription as a first step to see if this helps with your issue.
