Problems with the dashboard

    I’m having serious issues getting the dashboard to load properly. I’ve done all the basics of restarting, clearing cache, cookies and all. It’s still not loading. It keeps giving me the aw snap! Page. Every other site I visit is fine so it’s just this one. I’m trying to build my blog but I can’t if it won’t load. Please help!

    Here’s a few other things to try:

    – run a speed test https://speedtest.net/
    – try signing in from your mobile device on mobile browser
    – try using a different browser
    – try using a different internet connection (like coffee shop, library, a friend’s)

    Let me know if any of those make a difference. If you’re working from a school, employer, or other institution then they might be blocking WordPress.com as a whole from their network. In that case you’d need to talk with the IT dept at the location. But for now, give the bulleted items a try.
