Problems with the design and customization of my site

  Hello.
  I am trying to customize one of my wordpress sites (http://hesiodoblog.wordpress.com/) but when I open the page as a visitor the changes aren’t there. As an administrator I can make changes and see it, but then when I refresh the site, the changes disappear.
  I will thank you a lot if you can help me to solve that problem.

  You do not have the Custom Design upgrade. What changes are you trying to make? The Customizer, by the way, is only a preview of what you can do if you buy the upgrade.

  Well. I was trying to change the background, and some colors.
  The strange thing is that on the other site I manage (http://publicaressimple.wordpress.com/) I could make the changes, and are modifications that are allowed in the free version. In fact I was previously using the same template for both sites. In the previous site (http://publicaressimple.wordpress.com/) I can make the changes but, in the current site (http://hesiodoblog.wordpress.com/) I can’t.

  The things you can change for free are listed under Theme Options on your dashboard, and they vary by theme.
