Problems with the Media Library

  Hello, We have purchaged Word Press Premium 5th of September. However when I try to add media to our media libary there is a note: ‘Hello! Looks like you have used 3.0 GB of your 3.0 GB upload limit (99%). Since you are close to your limit, you might want to consider purchasing a WordPress.com Premium plan. With the upgrade, you’ll also be able to upload mp3, m4a, wav, and ogg audio files (great for podcasting).’ So what is the problem? We already have Premium Plan.

  Hmm. I’m not sure why you see that message. I’ve double checked and can confirm that vaestoliitonblogi.wordpress.com is only using 3.0 GB out of 13.0 GB upload limit (23%).

  Which account are you signed in to when this message appears?
