problems with theme upload

  I just created a blog with godaddy. I am trying to upload a custom theme through an app called optimize press.com I was told that when I host my wordpress on my server that I can upload custom themes, but the tab that’s supposed to be there when I click on “appearance” is not there!
  Go daddy said everything on their end is correct and they have no idea why it’s not there. Please help

  Sorry, you need to head over to the WordPress.org forums as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.

  These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently.
