problems with website

    Hi there,

    I took over the website from my previous webdeveloper. I have few issues I need support with:

    1. When I go onto my site – I am getting this error – Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection – wp-admin
    2. When I try to connect to wp-admin the recovery password goes to my ex employer that I lost contact with. I want to change the admin email address but I keep pressing Submit and it doesn’t change it.
    3. I want to access the STORE link on my website and add products but there’s nowhere to be found
    4. Elementor says we couldn’t find your domain….

    Please I would love to speak to someone via chat if it’s possible or phone to get more support and help with all my issues.

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

    Depending on the level of support that is included with your hosting plan, your webhost’s support team may also be able to assist.
