Problems with wp forms contacts

  I have a problem with ” Your Weekly WPForms Summary for (my site ) ” the notification says that i have contacts every week but nothing appears on my mail…I tried to send a message with wp forms with 2 different smartphones and all went well but I don’t find nothing of these contacts listed in the weekly mail…any clue?
