Processing fee in E-commerce website purchase

    So, the WordPress.com Starter has a 8% related fees, does that mean when anyone purchase a product from online store, wordpress will charge me 8% flat on each transaction + I’ll have to pay whatever the payment gateway provider’s charge is for each transactions?
