PRODUCTS SHOW IN ONE COLUMN ON PHONE

Hello! I have created a special product category in my site but the products show in only one column, so when viewing on phone, the product catalog is endless. I set the woo commerce product category to 2 columns, visible on phones, but I still see one column. Can anyone let me know why this isn’t working? Thanks!!
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
