Products with minus quantity

  I’m having a problem with product qty.
  My product was set for 30 pcs
  I ordered 1 pcs
  The qty of the product changed to – 1
  In a order history I can see that while making an order stock for this product in the system was 0 but actually was set for 30 pcs.
  In the setting I don’t let clients buy my products with reservations, this option in off.
  Pls help
