Profile email change stuck in pending

    I changed my email address last night, went to my email and opened the email.

    There is nothing to confirm in the email. Just this: If you made this request, you can safely ignore and delete this email.

    If you did not request this change, please respond to this email immediately.

    This morning, I checked my settings and it still says: There is a pending change of your email to ***. Please check your inbox for a confirmation link.

    I cancelled it and re-entered my new email, and did the same thing over again. It still says it is pending. What do I have to do to make the change permanent?

    Hi there,

    I went ahead and updated the e-mail address associated to your account to your outlook.com email.

    Now that the new email is connected to the account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery tool. Please check your spam folder for the recovery email if you don’t receive it in your inbox immediately:
