Profile not accessing Business Plan

Our company has a WordPress Business Plan, but no plan is recognized when I need to use Business features. It still shows I’m on the free plan. Please help

What is the address for the site where you bought the Business Plan?
The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, and only owns the free site, http://mpi500.wordpress.com/.
If you purchased a plan from us, it was done using another username account.
