Profile photo alongside blog name

  Why isn’t my profile photo visible alongside my blog name, along with my posts, unlike others’?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  By looking at your reply with my photo, it seems that it’s okay, now. If not, can you please do it for me?

  Even though my photo now appears alongside the posts, it’s still not appeared at the other places as My Home etc.. I was asked to log into aviator and try. I did it but it wasn’t finalized. So, the problem still persists. Please help.
