Profile picture does not appear in WP website user account after just creating a gravatar

Hello, I just created a gravatar but the profile photo is not appearing in the user profile of WP. Does this take a few hours to take in effect?
Also I am a co-owner of our WP website; can the other owner use the same email address and username to create their gravatar profile?

Gravatars are attached to email addresses, so make sure that the email address at Users > Your Profile in your site’s Dashboard matches an email address in your Gravatar account.

Okay, I didn’t realized that when creating an account. I have two different email address being used. I’d like to keep my site’s email address but I am having trouble changing the email address in gravatar profile. Although, I added an additional email address(my WP user’s site) to gravatar profile that did not update anything in my wp user’s site. How do i change gravatar main email account?
