profile picture won’t update

  Hi there,
  No matter how many times I try my profile picture won’t update. I keep getting the error message ‘Hmm, your new profile photo was not saved. Please try uploading again.’ No matter what size.

  I recently changed an email address and for a while my profile was confused between two accounts but now it just won’t change. I’ve tried logging in and out – no luck. Andy advice?
