    Hi there,

    If you want to make money from digital downloads on your site you’ll need to set up an ecommerce store so you can sell them. You don’t automatically receive money because people download files you placed on a public site for anyone to access.

    With the WordPress.com Business Plan you can use an eCommerce plugin like WooCommerce which also has support for selling digital/downloadable products.
