  i just enter to my dashboard and i don’t find the add new them button,where is the problem

  Hi there, if you are referring to the free site you’ve linked to buzz.car.blog then you can activate any of the free or purchase a Premium theme found in our Theme Showcase at https://wordpress.com/themes/

  If you want to upload a custom 3rd party theme, you’ll need to upgrade your site to our Business plan. More about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plan-features/#wordpress-com-business
