PROMISED REFUND via Chat Support

This is regarding the website i made, wherein I have availed a hosting site service under WordPress.
Unfortunately, the website was suspended last OCTOBER 25, 2016, Tuesday.
As per your Chat Support name Saru, I had a violation, i ask Saru to further explain the details of my violation but he sends me links and instructed me to read. These links were Terms of Service Violation.
To better comprehend, I ask Saru to further explain the terms but i was told that a Community Guardian, will contact me to do the explaining & to get a better understanding.
And Saru even suggested to host my site elsewhere
& told me to just ask for a REFUND wherein he volunteered to assist me.
But, before i can ask more querries, he ended the chat and hanged up. More so, the Community Guardian never contacted me, also refund assistance was to no avail.I am hoping that your Chat Support should attend to the Subscriber by giving their time and effort instead of Chat Avoidance, to assist and support especially with regards to technical terms and policies, so that a Subscriber can better understand and can amend and avoid such violation more so Suspension.
My main concern now is to ask for Refund of my payment, and hoping you can attend to my concern and to hear from you soon.
