Provide voting for features

    Rather than having an ideas forum that closes off old thread, it would be great if you had something like uservoice so folks could vote and have ongoing discussions about features.

    As an example, I hate not being able to change the permalink – but that thread is closed so there is no way for me (and the many others who keep asking about how to do it) to express their support for adding to wordpress.com.

    It also would provide a place to track/wait for features also. Threads could do that also, but they seem to be closed quickly so they probably will not be around to update when/if a feature is added.
