Publicize not working

I read all the related posts to solving this problem and nothing is working for me. Do I need a specific plugin to automatically post to my connected social sites?

What are the settings on your dashboard Sharing page?

I’m also having trouble… I have connected everything, yet when I try to post my page to tumblr and google, it will not post them there.

Sharing to tumblr and Google is set-up and has worked before if that’s what you’re asking. I’ve even tried disconnecting and re-connecting them with no luck.
When I edit a post and tick the boxes asking to share to tumblr and google, when I press update they uncheck themselves and do no publicise.

Do you also have sharing to FB and Twitter enabled and, if so, have those notifications gone up as expected?
When did sharing to Tumblr and G+ stop working? I only see three or four posts.

I do not have twitter nor FB so they are not enabled.
I also only have four posts. The first two publicised without a problem, only the next two will not. -
Did you copy paste them from elsewhere, perhaps from Word or something? The first paragraph of the last two seems to be in a different font than the rest, but that’s not the case for the first two posts. I’m wondering if there’s a coding error that might have slipped in.

I have copied them from Word, yes… let me try and change the fonts around on WordPress and see what happens…

Still no luck… I tried changing fonts around, saving in a new font, saving back in the original, nothing seems to work

Publicize doesn’t work once you EDIT a post. It only works when the post first goes up. So you’ll have to share those links manually.
For the future, go to Settings->Writing and select “WordPress should automatically correct invalidly nested XHTML” and save that. This will prevent HTML errors from becoming a problem in the future.
I’m not dead certain that’s the problem here, but it never hurts to prevent HTML problems. Perhaps another volunteer will bring some insight.

My first two posts were publicised after I originally posted them… And there’s an option to publish them after you’ve edited them.

Forgive my delayed response. The Sharing settings are connected with Facebook, Google+ and Twitter. I am copying the text from OpenOffice and then adding an image from my DropBox.
