Publicize to facebook using wrong author name (from another blog I manage)

When I publicize to Facebook, it keeps using an author name for an old blog – in an attempt to fix the problem, I hid the other blog and disabled it – it continues to post on my “avoteforthefuture” blog as “jack is a great dane” – one of my other blogs. This is only happening with Facebook – Twitter, Tumblr and LinkedIN all work properly.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Disconnect the blog in question from Facebook, then flush the Facebook cache and then reconnect it. http://umairj.com/146/how-to-clear-facebook-shares-cache/

Hi there – thanks for the reply.
I had done the disconnect and reconnect a couple of times. I also deleted the app from FB – but I still have the same problem.

Disconnecting and reconnecting, and clearing your own browser and cookies is not teh same as flushing the Facebook cache.

Sorry, I understand what you are saying but I don’t understand what specifically you suggest that I do. I followed the instructions on the link you gave, and I don’t see what more to do.

Note the “Jack is a Great Dane” thing – this is the issue. That is a separate blog. I have disconnected, flushed, disconnected from both, flushed and I am still getting this.
