publish as private, and followers

    If I select Private for the visibility of a post, will my followers see it anyway? Will they receive it if they are email followers?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    Posts published as private is only visible to admins and editors on the site, and do not generate email notifications to followers. If you change the status from Private to Published, that will trigger a notification email, though.
