Published Pages Not Showing Up

I have several WP pages and have never had a problem like this. Only two of my published pages show up in the menu bar. I am currently using the Suits theme, but it doesn’t matter which theme I switch to, they still won’t show up. Yes, I’ve made sure they’re not set to private. Yes, I’ve made sure they are published and not drafts. Yes, they all show up on my dashboard and can be accessed by putting in the links. Pages not showing up in the menu are:

Links to both of the pages that you linked to are displaying in the menu of https://dementedmittentours.com/. Are you still not able to see them?
