Published Posts Text Not Selectable / Links Not Clickable

  every recent post, once published > mouse over text, it is not selectable, click a link, it is not clickable… tested this today on three machines and multiple browsers… spent three hours going through settings and online search for solution to no avail… oddly enough, everything below ‘Older Posts’ seems to work just fine…
