  Fresh newbie here!! When I push the ‘publish’ button where does it go & who can see it??

  It goes to your site postpartumwithouttheprize.wordpress.com; e.g. the article you wrote on S’ptember 11th titled “Dream Turned Nightmare…”. As your site is not set to private, theoretically everyone can see your site.
