Publishing Content on a page that isn’t the ‘home page’

How do I publish content in more than one spot? I want my blog posts to show up on my home page, but I also want to designate if I want them to appear under another page/tab at the top too.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The posts will be published to the designated “blog” page on the site. Additionally, you could use the display post shortcode to include them in another area.
