  My problem is when I want to publish a new page, a red window appears on it Publishing failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.

  Hi there!

  Sorry to hear that! Have you tried publishing from a different browser to see if there’s any difference there? Perhaps try clearing the browser cache as well to see if that helps?
