Hi, I’ve signed up for hosting for a WordPress site through BlueHost, but now that I’ve gotten to the point where I want to start publishing my site, it never goes through. Instead the URL for my site still says ‘a new wordpress site coming to you soon, admin login.’ Even though I have an account, when I try to log-in through this portal, it never takes me to the site; I can only log in through Bluehost. Do I need to make a step where I adjust the hosting location of my current site?

Since your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com) but rather by Bluehost, you need to contact them regarding that issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can also ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
