Purchaed domain name not received registration certificate

  is my domain live

  I purchased [redacted] and received a receipt through paypal however when I go onto other sites to see if this domain has registered as now being not available (as I have purchased it) its still coming up available. I am wondering if I need to do something else, or why I have been charged if it hasn’t gone through?

  It looks like something failed in the registration process – happens from time to time – but @raincoaster has flagged this for the staff to help – the staff has a good record of making sure you receive what you purchased
