  The WordPress All-In-One package is for self hosted WordPress.org sites:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  As you bought it from a third party, I’d recommend speaking to MOJO Marketplace for more information about whether themes are included.

  The package isn’t compatible with WordPress.com sites, you will only be able to use it for
  morgantorres.org (or another WordPress.org site).
