  Hi!

  I was about to by a ‘personal’ package for my site, but after repeated attempts, your system keeps declining the transaction.

  The card is a master card, which was just working fine with other transactions, even by similar circumstances, like paying for facebook ads.

  I wonder if you could investigate the problem, because I didn’t want my every day debit card to be used here, so I used another one, specifically for this. That card is not in use otherwise, so the money I put up to the account kind of goes to waste, if you couldn’t help to solve this problem.

  Hi Daniel,

  Our logs show the payments are being declined by your bank/credit card company. It does not appear that they’re giving us any specific reason why they’re declining it, so that’s all I’m able to tell you.

  Please contact your financial institution directly about this.
