Purchase charge

  Hello. I have a free account with wordpress, but I’ve just been charged 99$ from paypal. I have tried to delete everything with the account and I don’t know why I was charged. the Account is lazyglow. Please advise for a refund and cancellation of any future purchases.

  I am happy to take a look and get things sorted. There have never been any charges made to the account you’re signed in to and using here, which is lazyglow.

  Have you tried signing in to WordPress.com with the same email where you received the notification about the charge? Each WordPress.com user account requires a unique email address.

  That email notification will also list which site is connected to the charge. Please share that information if you can find it.

  Otherwise, you’ll want to recover the mystery account with the transaction ID (DO NOT post it here in the public forum). Submit that information through us securely via https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
