purchase listing package skipping checkout

why someone goes to buy a listing it is skipping the checkout page so listings are coming through and people havent purchased them.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and is hosted elsewhere. It’s hosted by GoDaddy at the moment.
