    Hi There, I would like to sign up for the monthly plan for 2 years, but for some reason, the system is trying to force me to pay $180.00.

    Hi there,

    We do not sell monthly plans on WordPress.com.

    Pricing shows a per-month cost to make comparison to other service providers easier, but on the plans and pricing pages it also indicates plans are billed yearly.

    WordPress.com plans can only be bought for one or two years at a time.
