Purchase of theme, download needed

  HI,

  I meant to purchase a wordpress theme in order to build a website on it. Our developer missed to tell me that I can’t do so on wordpress.com, so I did, and now I only have the theme for the blog, which I don’t need, but not as a download, which is necessary for my website.

  As the payment went already through, I would need your help in either receiving a reimbursement or else the download for the mellow theme.

  If you are within the 30-day refund window for Premium themes, you can initiate the refund yourself by following these directions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  Please note that you need to be logged in with the same username account that purchased the Premium theme.
