Purchase Refund
-
Hi, last year I ordered a domain mapping ($13) on March 21, 2016. This year wordpress.com charged me before the plan expired (They charged me on Feb 18, 2017, one month before the expiration).
BTW, I didn’t intend to use more of this service. So, as soon as I was notified that I was charged, I cancelled the domain mapping. But the transaction has not been refunded yet!. (And a month worth left was cancelled before its expiration too!!!)
I’m trying to contact billing support, by click on ‘Contact WordPress.com Support’ button in the receipt page. But it bring me to public forum???
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@timethief Thanks for the tagging. I don’t know about it, the form submission page , https://wordpress.com/help/contact/ , has no way to tag and explain nothing about #modlook neither has a link to the support page you posted.
Obviously, I missed the email that notify me a month before the charge. BTW, I do exactly “Canceling unwanted renewals” described in https://en.support.wordpress.com/auto-renewal/ .

Auto Renew
All upgrades are setup to be automatically renewed by default. We’ll send you notification emails before charging your card, however we do automatically renew upgrades 30 days before their expiration date. Why? Since letting an upgrade expire may result in unwanted site changes to your site or loss of domains, we want to ensure that everything is taken care of in advance. -
@timethief Yep, I saw that first time you posted!
I missed the renewal date and I cancelled them as soon as I notified. as stated:
Canceling unwanted renewals
Review and manage all your subscriptions in your account settings, under Manage Purchases. -

re: Refunds
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received. -
@timethief thanks for the info. I already check that. And since I cancelled the service on Feb 18, more than two weeks ago, I need to talk to someone if there’s problem. So, I tried to contact the billing service.

Hi there,
Refunds aren’t issued automatically for autorenew payments. Only staff can issue a refund in those cases.
I’ve processed a refund for the renewal payment now. You should receive it in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.
