Purchase refund

Hi,
I would like to be refunded for my Monday purchase. In fact I’m not really satisfy of the flexibility of the solution. Of course I’ve stopped all the features acquired on Monday. However, I’ve just been refunded of 9,80€. I’ve purchase a 35,88€ solution because I was forced to pay for the whole year. A domain name in .com cost about 9,00€ a year so I consider that I should have more than 9,80€ of refund for a two day of use.

You were only refunded €9.88 because you registered a custom domain as part of your plan. Domains are not refunded automatically, and the remaining amount is the cost of the domain.
I’ve refunded that portion of your plan as well now. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.
