Purchased a domain through WordPress.com, but want to be using WordPress.org!

I purchased my domain through wordpress.com, and I also purchased a website theme through theme forest. I realized an hour later that in order to use that theme, my website would need to be self-hosted. I would prefer to use the theme along with bluehost and wordpress.org instead or wordpress.com.
So in short, have two problems: I have already paid wordpress.com, AND, the domain I wanted to use is linked to it.
Is there any possible way I could be refunded for this purchase? And, have I lost the domain until it expires?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m afraid I can’t refund you, as you have filed a dispute against us with PayPal, thereby accusing us of fraud. As a result your payment is now frozen until PayPal completes their investigation, and your site and domain is locked until you pay the chargeback fee.
We can refund you instantly if you ask, but not if you file a dispute with us.
If you can still cancel the dispute with PayPal I might be able to refund you for the non-domain portion of your Personal Plan purchase and restore your domain. Then I can help you point the domain to Bluehost, and once you’ve owned it for 60 days you’ll be able to transfer it to Bluehost completely.
Please let me know once you’ve cancelled the dispute.
If you’re not able to cancel the dispute any more, you’ll need to first pay the chargeback fee, and then I’ll send you a link to pay for the domain before I can restore it to your account.

So, the papal dispute has expired, it is no longer active. I assume that means the payment went through, as now it says ‘completed’ next to the charge.
I am so regretting the dispute, the only reason I did it it because Paypal would not let me cancel. Live and learn I suppose!Because the dispute has expired, can I use my wordpress.com site and domain like business as usual? Or do I still need to pay a fee in order to use it?

Please confirm if you still want to cancel the Personal Plan. Then I can do that and issue a partial refund.
To point your domain to a different provider you can follow the instructions here:
Once you’ve owned the domain for at least 60 days you’ll be able to transfer it away from us.
