Purchased annual plan, cancelled after one month. Can I resume my plan?

  I purchased the Annual Subscription in November 2021, cancelled in December 2021, but would like to resume. Can I resume my subscription or get credit as I have already paid for it and can provide a receipt? I didn’t realize that it would actually discontinue the plan.
