Purchased Business Package and it was applied to wrong website

    I purchased the $389 business package after deleting my previous domain names expecting to be prompted to open a new domain. My payment was taken and applied to one of my deleted domains (Redknightsofvancouverisland). I cancelled and refunded right away and still need to build my new domain/site. Will the payment still come out of my account or will the cancellation stop the payment from coming out. I’m wondering if it’s safe to make the second transaction right away or if I have to wait over a week to be charged and refunded.

    @jordonsmum on my end it says it was refunded rather than voided, so you’ll want to double check with your bank to be sure.

    Also on our end it looks like it was applied to a site that is not deleted. Which site are you hoping to apply it to?

    A site that I had not created yet. I was thinking that the purchase would prompt me to create the new domain thinking I had deleted the other two sites. One was for Red Knights ( where the money was directed) and the other was my old business (K.D’s Family Playcare)

    Hi there,

    Upgrades are applied automatically to the site you have selected when you purchase them. As your account only has one site, that’s the one the upgrade was applied to.

    If you want to buy Business for a brand new site, you need to start a new site first, and then you will have the opportunity to upgrade during that process:
