Purchased Custom Design but Cannot Use It

  I purchased the ‘Custom Design’ upgrade but when I try to used it appears as though I have not purchased it. Beyond completing the transaction to buy that upgrade, do I need to do anything else or should it have just been activated automatically?

  That’s very strange. I removed the upgrade and added the $30 credits back to your WordPress.com account. Could you please try to repurchase the upgrade?

  I have tried re-purchasing this upgrade, and it worked for only a minute. I attempted to use the CSS editor and when I tried to save it, I got a message that I must purchase this upgrade before I can save.
