Purchased Domain not changing the site it is pointing to

  I changed my wordpress.com site address but the domain is not pointing to the site now. It still points to the previous site. Please help, it is urgent as my site is down.

  Hi there, what’s the custom domain involved and to which WordPress.com site should it be pointing?

  You mentioned that you changed your wordpress.com site address. Did you use the change site address utility to do that? https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/ If so, it might be possible to solve this by going into your Domain settings and setting the custom domain as primary. https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#set-a-primary-address

  Hi there,

  I see that mindmaps.net.in is correctly redirecting to mindmapsnet.wordpress.com. If you want to make your domain the primary address of your site and hide the .wordpress.com address, then you’ll need to upgrade to one of our plans.
