Purchased Premium ($99 bundle) but no option to add a domain

    The billing history shows I paid $99 for the WordPress.com Premium on 10/14/2013 but when I go to My Upgrades, it says I do not have any active subscriptions on WordPress.com. Could someone PLEASE look into my account and straighten things out? Could someone PLEASE escalate my issue to WordPress Support? I need to add a domain to my blog.

    Hi there,

    Sorry about that! It looks like there was a glitch in our system and WordPress.com Premium wasn’t activated on your account properly. I sorted that out on your end, so you’re good to go!

    You can now add your free domain by going to Store > Domains in your dashboard. Please let me know if I can provide any further help with that!
