  I just purchased the WordPress blog, Collective for $69. I assumed I purchased the rights to it which included access to all of the options to make my site look like to one advertised ‘Collective.’ I’m exporting the Blog to Blue Host but it appears that I only have a basic Collective blog and that in order to ‘unlock’ all of it’s creative potential I need to purchase a premium plan from Word Press. If I don’t have full access to the Collective blog in order to make it look like the demo I’d like to get a refund for the purchase. Can you refund my purchase price?

  It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
