purchased premium plan on wrong site

  I have purchased the $99 premium plan through an account on which i had an existing site. My intention with this purchase was to use premium services on a new site (with a personal domain etc.) How do i take what I’ve purchased over to a new blog? And if this is not possible can i refund the purchase, and buy it again? Thank you
