purchased site redirect but old pages are now producing 404's

  We have purchased the site redirect as we have built a new site and are hosting elsewhere. The site redirects but now I’m seeing a lot of 404’s when looking at webmaster tools. Before we purchased this we had almost no 404’s now we’re getting a lot of them.

  I want to actually to redirect the pages themselves to specific pages on the new site.

  This is killing my SEO, please advise.

  Can you give me some specific URLs that are causing these 404s?

  There where a bunch of them. I fixed via a redirect in .htaccess file on the new server yesterday and marked this issue as resolved within this ticket.
